Fascia
Fibrous connective tissue that covers,
supports and separates all muscles and
muscle groups. It also unites skin with
underlying tissue.
Fast Twitch
Refers to muscle cells that fire quickly
and are utilized in anaerobic activities
such as sprinting and power lifting.
