One-on-one training helped with my form during the exercise. My workouts also targeted different areas each time. My trainer was very knowledgeable, dependable, and reliable. She had enough enthusiasm for the both of us and then some! She pushed me when I got lazy. When I wanted to cancel some sessions, she motivated me to push through and make the session. I always felt better after. I also like the diet advice, and suggestion of things to do on my own when I couldn’t make the sessions. The periodic weighing and measuring also helped me stay focus. I became stronger and developed more muscle definition.

Following the workout session, I received emails reminding me to fill out my meal logbook and encouraging me to workout when I didn't have scheduled sessions.
