You took into consideration what my goals
were and challenged me to my ability level.
You were aware of when things hurt for
a ‘bad’ reason and modified things immediately.
I never felt chastised for not meeting
a goal. You were very knowledgeable and
enthusiastic. It was a sort of comfortable
knowledge. I didn’t feel as though you
were trying to impress me with how much
you knew. My expectations were definitely
exceeded. I was able to do things I never
thought I was capable of in a relatively
short period of time.

She had enough enthusiasm for the both
of us and then some! She pushed me when
I got lazy. When I wanted to cancel some
sessions, she motivated me to push through
and make the session. I always felt better
after. I also like the diet advice, and
suggestion of things to do on my own when
I couldn’t make the sessions. The periodic
weighing and measuring also helped me stay
focus. I became stronger and developed
more muscle definition.

I expected my personal training experience
to help with my feeling of exhaustion and
back pain. My training experience has changed

some. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable
in nutrition, health and exercise and how
to incorporate them into my daily routine.
My trainer was very professional, committed,
and reliable. My trainer’s enthusiasm was
encouraging. During the workout session
my trainer would support me by saying, "Come on you can do it." "Don't conk out on me now." "Come on, push it." "Good job." Following the workout session, I received emails reminding me to fill out my
meal logbook and encouraging me to workout
when I didn't have scheduled sessions.
